Membership & cancellation

Founding Membership – yearly (CHF 696, paid upfront)

12 boxes over 12 months, one box per month, paid once in advance. The yearly membership can’t be cancelled or refunded during the current membership year.

Founding Membership – monthly (CHF 63.80 per month)

One box per month, charged monthly, with a minimum term of 12 months.

Satisfaction guarantee (monthly only)

Not convinced after your first box? You can cancel within your first month. Just email us at florian@sayasuka-water.com with your order number. No further payments will be charged, and your Founding place and number will be released.

Renewal

Your membership renews automatically so you never run out:

Yearly: after 12 months it renews for another year at CHF 696, charged upfront. You can cancel any time before the renewal date by emailing florian@sayasuka-water.com. We’ll remind you by email 14 days before your renewal.

Monthly: after the first 12 months it continues month by month at CHF 63.80. From then on you can cancel any time before your next billing date.
